FAQ: Order Entry
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, We do require a minimum order of twelve (12) pieces for screen printing. Embroidery can be done with a less than minimum cost (if under 12 pieces).
I don’t see the garment style I want on your site, can I still order?
Contact your Rep and they will gladly assist you in finding the perfect garment.
What is the turnaround time to receive my order?
Standard turnaround time is 8-10 business days for screen printing and embroidery. Promotional products can take up to 21 business days to receive. Orders can be completed sooner with a RUSH fee.
Can I mix and match apparel sizes and colors on my order?
Yes. You can order a variety of different colors and sizes with the same set of graphics embellished on them as long as the overall total amount reaches our minimum order requirements.
If I want to print the same design on different garment styles/types do I receive a quantity discount?
Yes. If the design can be printed all selected garment styles together. Example 36 Long Sleeves + 36 Short Sleeve tees = 72 piece pricing for each. If your order cannot be printed together and require different set-ups your order will be split accordingly.
